Processing Times

All items are made to order. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product. Personalised items may take slightly longer due to artwork preparation.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates:

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs, or seasonal demand.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information (where available).

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are made to order, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can help quickly.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalised items

  • Items with custom photos or text

  • Clothing that has been worn or washed

  • Sale items

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, we’re unable to cancel the order.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, we’ll help track it. If it’s confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll arrange a replacement.

Please note: delays caused by customs or postal services are outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Quality Guarantee

We want you (and your dog) to be delighted. If something isn’t right, message us — we’re always happy to help find a solution.

Custom Orders

We love creating personalised items. Please ensure all photos and text are correct before submitting your order, as we produce exactly what you upload.
